The Effect of Knowledge Management Systems on Organizational Ambidexterity: A Conceptual Model

Knowledge management (KM) is considered an important strategic tool to maintain performance and survive a fluctuating environment. The effective implementation of KM initiatives helps organizations gain the ability balance contradictory demands, known as organizational ambidexterity, competitive advantage. purpose this study develop argue theoretical model demonstrating connection between knowledge systems (KMS) ambidexterity through mediation effects knowledge-sharing behavior (KSB) innovative work (IWB). This paper draws on task-technology fit (TTF) model, KM, literature build for how KMS (characteristics perceived TTF) KSB interact produce IWB ambidexterity. also suggests methodological approach analysis procedure test empirically. Finally, acknowledges some research limitations provides several recommendations that are useful academic researchers.
